Latin Name: Hibiscus SUMMERIFIC® var. 'French Vanilla'
Description: This variety of perennial hibiscus is exceptionally floriferous, showcasing massive, creamy yellow-white, ruffled flowers with overlapping petals and a central bright red eye. Also called Rose Mallow, these flowers make a great statement/focal point in the garden, with blooms up to 16cm large. Blooms late Summer well into the Fall. Cut back any remaining stems in the Spring, not in the Fall. Bees love these flowers, but so do Japanese Beetles, so be sure to monitor them daily.
