Latin Name:  Monarda didyma 'Balbeemin'

Description: This selection of beebalm features masses of fragrant, explosion-like, electric pink, pincushion flowers with dark fuchsia overtones that cover the ends of the stems from late spring until the end of the summer. The blooms erupt from dark green bracts over the light-green, whorled, highly fragrant, spear-like foliage, and rebloom for months, creating a fantastic, unique, long-lived performance. Somewhat drought tolerant, this plant performs best in fertile, moist, well-draining soils. Remove faded flowers to encourage the formation of new blooms and to maintain a neat habit.
