The plant is smothered in the late spring with fragrant, stunning, frilly rose-like flowers with slightly serrated edges. The foliage remains neat at the base, producing long, thin, silvery blue green leaves that stay green through the winter. A great addition for a touch of gentle elegance in sunny gardens.
